Frequently Asked Questions

All of our veils are made in a soft off-white shade. This is our standard colour, as we’ve found that pure white can sometimes appear quite sharp in wedding photos. Our soft off-white tone complements most bridal gowns beautifully, creating a softer, more natural look.
You can always try your veil in your own lighting and against your dress to see how it blends before your big day. -
Each veil is crafted from soft tulle, chosen for its delicate texture and elegant drape. It’s lightweight and airy, so it floats effortlessly alongside you as you walk — creating that perfect, ethereal look.
-
We only use metal combs or metal clips to ensure your veil fits securely and comfortably into your hairstyle. Metal attachments are both durable and discreet, giving you peace of mind that your veil will stay in place throughout the day.
-
We’re on a mission to change the veil industry. Choosing your veil should feel joyful — not pressured. We want you to have the freedom to try it at home, in your own lighting, and with your dress. That’s why we offer returns, even though it’s not the norm. Your peace of mind matters to us.

You can find full guidance in our Veil Care Guide. In short, hang your veil in a cool, dry place — ideally from the satin tag provided on the comb — to let any wrinkles gently fall out before wearing.
-
The best and safest way to remove wrinkles is to hang your veil and let gravity do the work. If you’re short on time, hang it in the bathroom while running a hot shower for 5–10 minutes — the gentle steam will help smooth out creases.
Alternatively, you can use a handheld steamer at a safe distance of around 15–30 cm (6–12 inches). Always keep the steamer moving and avoid direct contact with the tulle.
⚠️ Do not iron your veil — ironing can permanently damage the delicate fabric. -
At the moment, we offer a curated selection of veil styles and lengths that we know flatter most gowns. However, if you’re after something specific, feel free to get in touch — we may be able to help or advise on a close alternative or custom veil.
-
Keep your veil in its protective bag or box, hung or laid flat in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Avoid folding it tightly to prevent creases.
